It’s that time of year everyone, to put on a pot of boiling stew, and to run around your neighborhood streets scaring the pants off of each other. Or in my case, cook a large amount of food, dress up like a six year old, and sneak pieces of candy from my kids baskets when they are not looking. It’s October, and that means nightfall creeps earlier every day and the shadows lengthen from skeletal trees. The fall is the perfect time to start taking on the book list that you’ve had accumulate over the summer. With Halloween right around the corner, it’s a good time to take a look at some great horror novels to crack open.
